Refund and cancellation policy

3D scanning and files processing

For 3D scanning appointments we have a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

If your plans have changed , please call or text us at 1 424 209 8059 as soon as possible. Make sure to leave a message with the details of your booking if the phone is not immediately answered. Please include your name, appointment date, time  and the best phone number to reach you.

More than 72 hours before scheduled appointment:
– You can reschedule at no charge
– If you would like to cancel you will received a full refund.

Less than 72-hours but more than 12 hours before your appointment:
– A rescheduling fee $50 will be charged. When you confirm your appointment we book the space for conducting the scan. We are also making arrangements for our staff. We can not recover the fees that we pay, once the cancellation window has passed.
– If you need to cancel your appointment you will receive a partial refund   –  your payment minus $70.

If you do not request rescheduling or cancellation at least 12 hours before the time of your appointment we will issue a refund for your payment minus $150 (effectively refunding the part of your payment that was allocated for file-processing part of the 3D-scanning service) .

In any scenario we recommend that you notify us about changes in your plans as soon as possible.
We will try to find the best possible solution.
In cases of extreme circumstances we will go an extra mile to accommodate your needs.

Right after your 3D-scanning appointment  we start working on your files. It is a custom service and it involves a lot of skilled labor. Therefore it can not be canceled or refunded.

If for some reason you do not want your 3D scan to be processed – please let us know at the appointment. In that case we will issue a refund for the portion of your payment that was allocated to files processing. (Your payment minus $150)

If you would like to get re-scanned please let us know as soon as possible – we will offer a re-scan at a discounted price.

While we do not provide refunds for changing circumstances on your side*,  nor  for “change of heart” cancellations,
we do take full responsibility and pride in the quality of our work.
If there is any objective defect attributed to our scanning or processing technique –
we will issue a full refund or offer re-scanning and re-processing at no extra charge.
